Sweet Breads & Cakes

CAKE & SWEET BREADS: All of my cakes and sweet breads are handcrafted from scratch by me, using only the freshest ingredients possible. There are no canned fillings or preservatives used. These cakes have a shelf life of about 7-10 days (longer if refrigerated). They all freeze very well also, up to 6 months. Leave them in the tin, just put them in a freezer bag and freeze. It takes about 2 hours to thaw and enjoy! Most of my items are also dairy free (milk). There are eggs in them but NO milk of any kind. The banana and applesauce varieties do have milk. General ingredients: white (wheat) flour, sugar, fresh eggs, canola oil, orange juice, vanilla, baking powder, salt and a large serving of fruit. The amounts vary as to the different varieties.
