Apple Cake

This recipe was created especially for the fruit that is in it! Farm fresh eggs, not powdered or frozen, make this a moist but dense cake. No shortening or butter is used......only healthy canola oil, made from canola grains, to keep the trans fat count at zero, is put into this luscious item. All of the varieties have chunks of apples with a hint of cinnamon through out with either raisins, nuts, both or plain to make this cake what it is, delicious! I offer 4 varieties: Mom's Sue Apple Cake, just apples and cake. Apple-Walnut cake, chunks of apples and walnuts, Apple-Raisin Cake, apples and raisins and Apple-Walnut-Raisin cake, this one has the works!
