Carrini Bread

What is this you say? It's my answer to two breads. This is my unique blend of the old standard zucchini bread and the crisp new comer, carrot cake. This is offered only in the Summer when Jersey zucchini is grown. There is less sugar used in this offering because of the carrot, but is just as delicious as any other items. There are walnuts in this one to add to the unique texture and flavor.
