Mango Swirl or Mancoco

Wow! If you enjoy mangoes, you will love this one. If you are a coconut person too, you will go crazy over the mancoco. I use fresh mango, cut in chunks, coconut inside and out. This union simply is elegant and delightful. The same fresh ingredients go into this. If you don't like coconut, try the Mango Swirl, same great cake but no coconut.
